What is your delivery cost?
Standard delivery is AED 35. Orders above AED 250 qualify for free delivery.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes, orders placed before 6:00 PM (UAE time) qualify for same-day delivery in Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi, Ajman, and Umm Al Quwain.
What areas only get next-day delivery?
Al Ain, Fujairah, and Ras Al Khaimah are next-day delivery only. Orders must be placed by 8:00 PM.
Are your flowers fresh and authentic?
Yes, every arrangement is hand-crafted using fresh, quality-sourced flowers on the day of delivery, ensuring authenticity and lasting beauty.
Can the flowers or vase in my order look different from the picture?
Due to seasonal flower availability, minor substitutions in flowers, wrapping, or vases may occur. We ensure the same design, quality, and value as shown.
What is your return and refund policy?
Refunds are only applicable if the item received is damaged or incorrect. Please contact us within 4 hours of delivery with photos for review.
How will I receive my refund?
For cash payments, refunds are processed to your bank account upon request. For card payments, refunds are credited back to the same card/account used at purchase.
Can I send flowers as a surprise gift?
Yes! Simply mention in your order notes thatyou'dlike to remain a secret sender, andwe'llensure the surprise stays intact.
Do you deliver on Mondays for cakes?
Cakesrequirea 24-hour pre-order and are not available for Monday deliveries.
