At FlowerDistrict, every bouquet, arrangement, and gift is prepared with love and care — and we take the same pride in making sure it reaches your loved ones on time. Our delivery service is designed to be simple, reliable, and flexible so you can celebrate life's moments without worry. 

 

Same-Day Delivery 

We know that sometimes gifts are spontaneous, which is why we offer same-day delivery: 

  • Orders placed before 6:00 PM (UAE time) qualify for delivery the same day in:  

  1. Dubai
  2. Sharjah
  3. Umm Al Quwain
  4. Abu Dhabi
  5. Ajman 

Please note: same-day delivery depends on product and time slot availability. 

 

Next-Day Delivery 

If you place your order after 6:00 PM, it will be delivered the next day or on your selected date. 

  • For Al Ain, Fujairah, and Ras Al Khaimah, only next-day delivery is available. Orders must be placed by 8:00 PM. 

This ensures we can source the freshest blooms and prepare your order with care. 

 

Delivery Hours 

  • Deliveries are made daily from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
  • We always strive to meet your preferred delivery window, but during peak seasons, exact timing may vary.

Charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. If your purchase amount is above AED 250, you can get free shipping. 

 

Shipping Delays 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a day or a few hours. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. 

 

Special Occasions 

For high-demand events like Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Eid, and other festive periods, we strongly recommend placing your order 1–2 days in advance. This guarantees timely delivery and ensures your chosen flowers are available. 

 

Cakes & Specialty Items 

  • Cakes require a 24-hour pre-order to guarantee freshness and presentation.
  • Please note that cakes are not available for Monday deliveries. 

 

Delivery Coverage 

We proudly deliver across all major cities in the UAE. 

  • Deliveries to remote areas or restricted access locations may be subject to additional charges or limited availability. 

 

Gifts & Surprise Deliveries 

Since most orders are gifts, we encourage you to provide accurate recipient details (name, phone number, and address) for smooth delivery. 

  • Want to remain a secret sender? Simply mention this in your order notes, and we'll make sure the surprise stays intact.

At FlowerDistrict, we always aim to deliver exactly as pictured. However, due to seasonal flower availability, substitutions may occasionally occur in flowers, wrapping, or vases. Rest assured, every order will be delivered with the same design, quality, and value you expect.
