- We reserve the right to substitute flowers of equal or greater value if a specific variety is unavailable, while preserving the overall look and feel of your chosen design
- Prices are listed in AED and are subject to change without prior notice
Orders & Payment
- Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed
- We accept payment via major credit/debit cards, and other payment methods available at checkout
- You are responsible for ensuring that the delivery details provided are accurate and complete
- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability
Delivery
We treat every delivery with the same care we give to arranging each bouquet.
- Delivery timelines are provided as estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control
- Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the specified delivery address and time
- Flower District is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect address details provided by the customer

Cancellations & Refunds
Order cancellations, returns, and refunds are subject to our Return & Refund Policy. As fresh flowers are perishable goods, certain restrictions apply once an order has been processed or dispatched.
